A hidden gem up in Joondalup. Quite spacious inside, expect to receive some old fashioned service by the team - they go above and beyond while you’re a guest in their cafe. Coffee and hot chocolate highly recommended, their deserts are also fresh. We recently returned for “eggs done your way” with bacon and toast. So delicious! The toast was the freshest bread I have ever had and even had a subtle smokeyness to it. Yum! There are some interesting South African merchandise in the shore, books to read, toys to entertain the kids and a jerky bar!! Worth a visit, will be back for brunch soon.

Have been here a couple of times now and really enjoyed it. It seems to be a family run business and they are doing a wonderful job. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were both very tasty and not a long wait time at all. The decor in the store is lovely, so much to look at. A small variety of South African products to purchase. High chairs available. Free parking right outside the door.

The Little Karoo Cafe: A Hidden Gem in Joondalup I recently celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday at The Little Karoo Cafe, and it was an absolute hit! This charming little cafe has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Joondalup. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a touch of rustic charm. The decor is beautifully done, creating a relaxed and enjoyable ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Of course, the star of the show was the coffee! It was hands-down the best coffee I've had in a long time. The flavor was rich and smooth, and the aroma was simply divine. The food was equally delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes, and everything was cooked to perfection. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were bursting with freshness. I highly recommend The Little Karoo Cafe for anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, have a meal, or celebrate a special occasion. It's a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered!

When I saw the burglar bars, I knew I was being transported into South Africa . I really enjoyed the savoury pancakes/crepes. So happy to see a South African style cafe open. Loved the Red Cappuccino . Staff were excellent thank you. Some feedback: - Music felt quite distant. - Chicken mayo may be too finely chopped, would want it to be a bit more chunky, but it was still very tasty . - More signage outside, we almost missed the cafe.

I ordered an iced coffee and the ham and cheese omelette. Considering local voting was happening next door they were busy so my food took some time to get to my table but not an unreasonable amount. The interior is quite calm and friendly with the pastel colours, the chessboard style floors and decorations. My omelette was cooked very well and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of ham in the omelette. The toast was toasted on one side but I had no problems with that. Overall this is a nice brunch place and I'm happy with the overall service.
